Somehow we are well into the new year so I apologise for my lack of posts... But I'm back! Woo!
In a very cute shop called Popsicle in Lewes, I spied some work by the rather wonderful Illustrator Louise Lockhart who also goes under the rather cute name The Printed Peanut.
I believe I came across her lovely work on Instagram... obviously: @theprintedpeanut
She is a freelance Illustrator and you can see her work here. She makes her quirky illustrations into all-sorts of goodness including prints, stationary, ceramics and various homewares under 'The Printed Peanut' She uses a variety of printing methods and a mix of hand and computer drawings. Yay!
Totally fabulous, colourful, quirky fun stuff quite frankly I love it all.
I bought the 'Up My Street' corsetina book because I too have a love for the traditional British high street and the shops that are slowly disappearing and that we all love so dearly. So I couldn't resist this adorable fold out book. I can't wait to find a perfect little spot for it....
Here are a few of my picks from her fabulous and fun website that oozes colour, print and something quite magical I'd say.
